The National teams of Brazil and England arrive in Qatar on Wednesday in preparation for their friendly encounter in Doha on Saturday.
Both teams come to the Middle East with full strength squads, as coaches Dunga and Fabio Capello begin their final preparations for the 2010 World Cup in South Africa next year.
“We are delighted to welcome to Qatar two teams of such great quality,” said Qatar 2022 Bid CEO Hassan Al Thawadi.
“Qataris are passionate football fans and we are truly excited to have this opportunity to watch the English and Brazilian stars here on our home turf."
Al Thawadi hopes that the match will show what Qatar can offer at the 2022 World Cup.
“Our Bid offers FIFA an historic opportunity to bring people from all around the world together in friendship and unity. Fans from around the globe will be offered a once-in-a-lifetime football experience.
"And in doing so, hosting the world’s greatest tournament in Qatar will bring hope and joy to millions of people, young and old, all across our region.”
Qatar has organised a fan festival for visiting spectators, with English, Qatari and Brazilian ‘fan villages’, all of which open their doors at 3pm on Saturday.
Special buses have also been laid on to take spectators to the stadium from different locations around Doha on match day.
